They could not process Expedia and want wanted me to call and straughten it out. No towles. Dirty. Trash in hallway. Outside door not locked at night.

Very friendly staff,clean room, and quiet all around the rooms. Beautiful mountain view all around the hotel. Not expensive if you're on a budget, pets are welcome 😃 and it's close to everything. Plan to go back in a couple of months and I plan on staying there.

While some other reviewers had bad experiences w/ cleanliness and bugs, room 115 suited my needs perfectly (though the bed should be replaced soon), especially for the room rate. Just don't have Hilton-like expectations. I found Lisa at the front desk to be nice and affable. One negative was the remote door entrance on the north side of the hotel; there was a card reader to enter but there was no lock on the door so anyone could come in without being seen by the front desk.
