Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane Valley

The staff is amazing, at the super 8. When you can find a good deal it a good place to rest

The staff In the joining property gets irritated when you go and use the pool or laundry. They have a cold breakfast and if you’re not there early you will miss out most the time it was not restocked we stayed 8 nights and had housekeeping one time the entire stay. Got put in a room by the exit door and elevator with kids. People smoking in the building, yelling all night in the hall, slamming doors all night.

Room, view of the river, bar and cocktails, breakfast area too. The pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna are wonderful!

I liked everything.

The mattress was horrible. Tell corporate to replace them immediately

I had many issues. Upon arriving, I was told that the reservation did not exist. Later to find out that the reservation was checked in and the room was given to another guest at my expense.

To early of check out

The choices for the breakfast buffet in the morning were beyond my expectations. Also, the bed was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in at a hotel. The mattresses were very comfortable and exceeded my expectations as well. I slept decently well!

Next door neighbors were noisy with slamming doors, talking and loud TV noise early in the morning. The walls are definitely not insulated. I know the staff can't control that but maybe spacing out guests in the rooms would have helped.

The location was great

The mattress was old and you could feel the springs. The mattress should have been replaced years ago
