The room stink, there were holes in the wall. roaches were crawling everywhere. The air conditioning was blowing out a bad odor I had to sleep with the lights on not enough pillows hand wash and towels were not clean

Price don’t match the quality of the hotel. Room was not clean. The AC was noisey. The front desk attendant tried nothing to accommodate me

1. The security is lacking in the area: as soon as I checked in someone followed me in, told me a sob story and begged me to pay for their room. I obliged because I had the extra money, and I felt charitable. In hindsight, though, that says a lot about the clientele you'll find at this Super 8. I understand being down on your luck, but the overall property is depressing. The inter-personal disputes you hear within the hotel rooms; the fact that there's barely any staff to manage the property. 2. My booking .com reservation was not honored. I received a room the reeked of cigarettes when I reserved a non-smoking room. My reservation was ignored and I received the 2nd to last room available for the night. 3. The cleaning staff did their best, but the room was roach infested; the microwave had visible rust (and was also roach infested). The bed made me itchy even though I showered right before bed, and have no known skin allergies 4. No free breakfast. I was told breakfast was from 6-8am. I went down at 6:40am to see a coffee dispenser with creamer. The disposable coffee cup didn't even come with a lid, so I couldn't even drive away with it

Arrived to be told the type of room I booked was sold out. I naturally asked how that could be. Clerk offered an alternative which I said was okay. Apparently the clerk objected to how I signed the receipt and proceeds to tell me he is completely sold out after charging my card. My money has not been refunded and it's been 10 days. Do not patronize this facility

I booked a non smoking king room. They gave me a two double bed room that was dirty, smelled musty and had bed bugs. The whole Hallway smelled so much like marijuana that it made me nauseous as well. I went to the desk first about the wrong room and was told that they didn’t have any other rooms. I chose to suck it up since they had already charged my card. They still charged me the king room price though. When I went back about the bed bugs and dirty room, they proceeded to refuse to refund my payment so I could leave “because I was in the room for more than 10 minutes”. I’m sorry my need to go to the restroom threw me over the 10 minute mark. The attendant was rather rude about the whole issue as well.

Nothing. Worst hotel ever.

I booked a NON smoking room several weeks in advance . When checking in, I got the news that there were no more NON smoking room available, so I got a disgusting smoking room. It was dirty, smelly and half destroyed/burnt. Noisy AC, yellowish bed sheets with strong yellow spots and only 3 pillows for a four people room. When asked additional pillows there were no more available. No breakfast. Bad neighborhood. My kids were terrified . Extremely overpriced for what you get. This kind of hotel gives a really bad reputation for Super 8. It was so difficult to breathe because of the smell of cigarettes and parfum that we had to checkout after 4 hours.
