Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond/Broad Street

There was roaches in the room alive and dead. Rust everywhere in the room.Someone tried to enter my room around 12:30 on the second night. when I tried to call the front desk. No one answered so I left early.

Nothing.

how dirty the room was upon check in.

J'ai passé une nuit avec mes garçons et je n'y retournerai pas. Les lits étaient faits.

Des mauvaises odeurs dans les escaliers( cigarette), dans les couloirs( nourriture) et dans la chambre. Le mobilier est en très mauvais état, le micro-onde faisait des étincelles en l'alumant. Des insectes se promènent dans la chambre dont un écrasé sur un meuble, les lits étaient faits, mais la chambre n'avait clairement pas été nettoyée. Le plafond de la salle de bain s'éffritait et le carrelage mural de la salle de bain était enduit d'une matière orangée. Le miroir de la SDB était moucheté d'éclat de dentifrice.

The room wasn’t clean and cockroaches were all around. The room was smelling with smoke, there was no AC remote and it was direct connection & the buttons on AC were damaged badly. The breakfast was included while booking, but hotel guy told Bookings.Com is wrongly selling that as they don’t provide breakfast at the property.

Nothing

Left a day early because I was not comfortable and was not given a receipt when I asked and was still charged for the day I did not stay.

Decent price.

There were roaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The furniture was old and falling apart. The lamps were old and falling apart.

The staff was super nice, the place clean and comfy

No coffee maker in the room, I think at least, coz we were in 32 motels in the last 2 months
