They down graded the bed size and the floor was sticky and gross on you bare feet. Wished I brought socks for my feet

Front desk staff claimed they couldnt find our reservation. But said if we just made a new booking directly with him, that he could cancel the expedia reservation on his end. How do you cancel it if you cant find it. When asked this he mumbled nonsence.and made no eye contact.

The room smelled of bug spray and was not clean, the elevator was non functional, stayed on the 3rd floor, but the customer service was good. It was somewhere to lay my head, for last minute, and over priced.

The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. My room was ready and clean. It is a nice quiet facility.

First off, the elevator didn't work. We later heard it has been out for months. We were on the 3rd floor, but aside from hauling the luggage up 3 flight of stairs, we didn't mind the exercise. Our room was missing the smoke detector and still had dirty towels behind the door from the previous occupant(s). When we walked in we found a puddle of liquid in the middle of the floor between the 2 beds that we hoped was water, and cleaned it up ourselves with the dirty towels left behind. The staff was super nice and I have no complaints on that topic. I was very disappointed that anything carrying the Wyndam name had missed quality control by such a wide margin. Overall, it served it's purpose but we'll not be returning.

Had burn holes in the sheets. Dirty bathroom floor was dirty. Hotel smelled really bad upon checking in.

The service wasn't good at all. No continental breakfast just a bowl of raisin brand was available breakfast area was the lobby my room wasn't clean, the floor was slippery and needed to be swept had black mold on the curtains and i killed 3 spiders. The worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in.

They didn’t refund me my deposit and they kept my money and I only stayed till 12 which was $40. They are thieves.

Our stay was good just noticed that the curtains were very old. Housekeeping ladies were very nice.
