"Excellent"

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but like rooms with balcony/porch. Too closterfobic with no outside access. One night stay ok. Didnt feel real safe in the area. People hanging out in parking lots beside motel.

Not far from new casino. Asked for first floor room when booking but had to take a second floor room. Elevator and ice machine were not working.Elevator was out of service for repair. I have mobility issues but managed with my wife's help.

The elevator was broken, most of the drink machines did not work. There was a brown substance smeared on the back of the main door to the room. The housekeeper walked into the room without beinf invited in as we were getting dressed and preparing to leave.

The elevator was not working . We were placed on the 3rd floor. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Both beds were used. We didn’t check in until late evening and the room was not cleaned. We had to walk back downstairs to let the lady know. She put us into another room . She had to go check the room first to see if that room was cleaned before giving it to us. That room was cleaned. Once we got to the room, the remote did not work. I called the front desk but no answer. I had to wait until the next day and I gave the remote to the housekeeper and she replaced the remote. The vending machines did not work. The location is great but the motel need some repairs.

"Not so pleasant "

The elevator was broken and after driving 10hrs, three flights of stairs with luggage was not pleasant at all. The tub drain wasn’t working well, so when we took showers the water got up passed our ankles. There was no coffee in the morning or “breakfast” as they claim to offer besides cereal that was most likely sitting there for who knows how long. I will never stay at this place again.
