Super 8 by Wyndham Tappahannock VA

This place is absolutely disgusting The rooms were very filthy, blood and some type of fluid stains on the comforter/ mattress. The window curtains had really bad stains on them It really looks like blood. The room was so out dated, just horrible condition for the amount of money I had to pay. Other place we're all sold out. I had no choice but to stay in this dump or sleep in my truck 4 days. The location was awful it was like skid row. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that things were walking distance like grocery store different fast food restaurants. I will never ever stay the this place again. The room was just throw together as if they got things out the dumpster to decorate the room.

Horrible and unclean. Don’t waste time. Bedding was not changed and had crumbs everywhere on the bed and floor. Urine all over the seats and crust on pillowcases.

Although check in was easy, our stay quickly went downhill. Lots of people loitering, noisy, lobby unwelcoming, hallways stank of marijuana. Our room had one lamp, none next to the beds. Beds were comfortable enough. Carpet was very dirty, with grit embedded, and very damp. Bathroom was in terrible shape, ceiling falling down, fan not working. This hotel needs a complete overhaul, as everything appeared to have been repaired several times, but not improved. It was cheap, so guess we get what we paid for, but according to other reviews, it was just fine! That was not our experience.

There was mold on curtains roaches and the room smelled of alcohol. The fridge didnt work and microwave was nasty. There was also a drity rag left in the room floor

The toilet seat was dirty, as well as the bathroom mirrors. The room smelled musty. The floor was damp from some unknown liquid. Smelled like mildew. Room #115 had a roach infestation. I have various videos of roaches crawling all night. Big and small ones. The ceiling is hanging down in the bathroom. The room should not have been rented out.

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. Door frame completely loose, security lock missing, air conditioner broken, clothing rack falling out of the wall, unknown stains all over the walls, window can’t be locked so accessible from the outside, and one unit across the hall for me has smashed an exterior window. Felt like most were semi-permanent residents. I left and stayed somewhere else.

Great motel, and the staff are awesome people. Rooms are clean and it's nice and quiet.

Lots of sketchy long-term residents hanging around. Changing oil in the parking lot, possible illegal activities with cars pulling up to groups of people in parking lot and then taking off, people just sitting in their cars, being loud, and lots of garbage in the lots and grass area.
