Hot tub didn't work. Beds and pillows were way too soft. The curtains couldn't close all the way so the room was bright at night.

The breakfast was ok. Should’ve had another meat option. Too many visitors not enough food being cooked or brought out in a timely manner.

The night staff was rude. Was told we couldn’t bring drinks into pool area but others coming in after was allowed to. Our complaints were taking less seriously. Not enough staff.
