Breakfast was excellent!

Toilet could have been taller

The staff was very nice and facilities were clean overall. Appreciated the lemon water and coffee available all day in the lobby.

The room carpet had a white substance in patches on it (could be stains so not the room cleaners' fault) otherwise the room seemed clean. However, the room had a background smell which can only be described as fresh urine and musty old shoes mixed together; the mattress was also too soft and saggy. Due to those issues, sleep was miserable and mostly elusive. At first the smell seemed mild and I hoped the blower would disperse it, but the longer I was in the room the more the smell got into my nostrils. By midnite it was too late to move rooms and the smell was ungodly. Checkout time could not come soon enough.

There was a medium to strong musty smell in the room. It may have been from the very humid conditions outside, but the smell was there each time we opened the door after being out of the room for a bit. We used the air conditioning fan several times to get rid of the smell.

*Very loud music outside od the hotel/parking lot. *The container of water with lemon (great idea) but could not get water because the lemon slices blocked the exiting little faucet * shortage of coffee during the peak of breakfast time

Our room had the very short toilets, a size good for toddlers but not for someone with arthritic knees.

The breakfast have a great variety of choices for all tastes. It was in a quiet location on the old route 66

The hotel while having a fantastic staff needs updating.

For the price it was okay. I had to ask for linens, I was missing half of them. Wouldn't go back.

They were understaffed. We were missing linens. The oven and fridge were both broken but functional. Could use some gluten free breakfast options.
