Comfort Inn & Suites Springfield I-55

Room was large and comfortable.

Furnishings were a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was usual hotel fare, but adequate.

Pull out bed wasnt made.

I had trouble with the app making our reservation and needed to call. It was telling me one room left at that price but would not let me complete the reservation. The person was very professional and kind, she was able to complete it for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little tired but the desk, hutch and large tv looked new. We were across from the elevator and I was awoken around 1:30 am by people in the hallway, and continued to hear voices making it difficult to get back to sleep. Breakfast was typical of what we've experienced at other Comfort inns.

Room was filthy had to go down to laundry room and get clean sheets because my bed had hair all over it then change my own sheets had to clean my own bathtub because it was dirty my five year old found a sex item dildo in the dresser was not happy just spent half my time cleaning it the room did not really get to relax went down to the front desk and all I did was apologize not happy paid $130 for not a good time Left my number for the manager to call me back to see what she wanted to do about this maybe offer a free room or something she never called me back so I tried calling twice and left two messages for her to call me back and she never got a hold of me

It’s a good location and clean.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property
