roaches everywhere… i checked in the first night and saw roaches all over the room within 5 minutes of being there. i left and checked out immediately and they refused to get me a refund for either night. they pocket $150 off of me even though i didn’t stay there because THEY had roaches. greedy and nasty

Air didn't work. They did change our room. And the pitcher was halfway hanging over. Our head. Breakfast was not served on time The lady was asleep

my room was infested with roaches… i wasn’t in there longer than 5 minutes before seeing multiple on the furniture. I left immediately and now the hotel isn’t giving me my money back even though i have photos and video proof. just horrible

Location a few guest whom were very nice.

Only problem we had was it was not clean how a hotel/motel should be clean. No ice machine was a big surprise and so inconvenient. Breakfast again nothing seemed to work in this hotel and it needed cleaned and stocked couldn’t find anyone worker to help so my girl cleaned and stocked it. Juice nor milk dispenser worked again fix your stuff and get a good cheery cleaning staff this would be a AMAZING place to go and stay then.

I put that there was a pool in my review. There was no pool. I'm sorry.

Staff was great but the overall place was humid and damp which meant it smelled that way. Found some unidentified gel smeared on the nightstand and it just wasn't a comfortable or clean stay.

It was close to the freeway.

There was an extra charge for our dogs that was not stated while booking, even though they said they were pet friendly. The coffee was cold and empty when we went for the included breakfast with no staff around for help.

Sheets had burn holes in them. There was cockroaches in our room. We were on the first floor and the manager or owner of the place walked by and was peaking in our window
