Nothing. Absolutely nothing about this place i liked.

The place was filthy. I walked in and the aroma of the spray they used took my breathe away. Checked in then went into my room and looked around. Saw all the nasty stains over the blankets, the pee stains on the sheets and the horrid smell. I walked right back out, requested my money and left. I will never recommend this place. Shouldn't even be open.

No laundry room no pool. Ice machine wasn’t always working.

It was conveniently located to my doctor's office and the hospital where I was having surgery. There was no ice bucket in the room and only one trash can. There was 2 coffee cups but no coffeemaker and not water glasses. The door stuck really badly. We thought our keys weren't working but the door seemed to be swollen. Our room was humid and the sheets felt damp. Breakfast was seriously lacking. You had a choice of frosted flakes or raisin bran. There was a half used gallon jug of 2% milk and a few little Debbie's oatmeal cream pies. Wouldn't be my first choice for another stay.

Bed was ok.

Bathroom was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were blood spots on the floor in the bathroom. Black marks all over the toilet. Toilet was not affixed correctly. Hair on the floor. Bathtub had dirt marks on it. Room smelled like smoke and sewage at times. Multiple lights did not work in the room. Property manager was rude and refused to answer and then denied getting a call from booking while we were having the issues. Price of hotel room did not match the quality in the slightest. Liquor bottles all over the parking lot. I have video evidence of the filth in the bathroom. I am fine being charged a portion but I would expect that they at least cleaned the bathroom when I’m paying 190$ to spend 16 hours at the hotel. Had we not come in late and were only staying one night then I would have requested a different room but I don’t know that I could trust that anything was clean. Also had mattresses lying against the outside of the hotel. Literally the worst experience at a hotel. Oh and the breakfast was toast, yogurt, and stale cereal.

The staff was great. The only issue, was the coffee wasnt the best. Thats a little thing. Will stay here again.

The hotel staff person was nice, but the place is not very clean. My room smelled of a smoker room even though it was advertised as non smoker. Mold in the bathroom. Floor was filthy. My wife did not sleep. Place is pretty gross.
