Location

Breakfast was non existent, staff said they “upgraded” my room when I specifically booked 2 beds for my daughter and I to visit family, ended up with 1 bed and the recliner didn’t even lay flat for my daughter to sleep.

Someone was cooking something terrible in there room. It was in the same area of my room. The room wasn’t very cleaned. For it to be a smoke free hotel, why did the toliet seat have cigarette burns on it. I have never stayed in a hotel so disgusting or in such as sight. The clerk was so busy talking on her phone to someone that she didn’t hear stay I would pay cash for the deposit and had charged my card on file. I didn’t request to change room because we spent majority of our time with daughter. But I would definitely say this place need a complete overhaul and clean up. Wasn’t worth the hassle The breakfast was a joke

They had zero protein item in breakfast. Not even eggs. Just waffles and bread that’s it. And we stayed for four nights and not even once they cleaned our room . So disgusting.

Room was not clean. Shower head broke, requested service and told them we were going to be out all day and they could fix it at anytime. When we came back they fix the shower, but sis not clean room and had to. Lean towels. They did not clean room the whole time we were there all weekend. We moved to a different hotel
