Super 8 by Wyndham Romeoville Bolingbrook

Women at front desk was on the phone during my entire check in. Parking lot smells. Front entrance smells. Elevator is broken. Strange people hanging out in the stairwell. Room was dirty and smelled. Very loud. I was in town for a family party with my two small children and wife. Hotel was digusting and seemed unsafe. Asked for a refund and was denied that so we ended up staying. A worker entered my room at 10:30pm and said sorry wrong room, very unacceptable! Very unhappy with my choice of hotel and will never stay again.

The lady at front desk was very friendly. My biggest issue was that room was not clean. Other issues were...elevator dysfunctional, leaking sink, rotting bathroom door...pieces of the wood were literally falling off and littering the floor, breakfast had one waffle maker so if family of 5 was in front of you...you're waiting to make one waffle for like 30min, only choices are cereal, waffle, toast, yogurt (except when they run out), or an orange.

The parking was nice and the outside looked nice.

It had a strange smell. Our room felt “wet”, probably from the humidity and just smelled off. Like something was trying to be covered up. The carts for luggage were not in good shape. The eating area was warm (needed central air or some sort of cooling). It would have been nice to have had more protein options like eggs and sausage or bacon for breakfast. The towels were very thin and not soft and very small. The sheets were also thin and the pillow were so small and not comfortable. The beds were not comfortable. We chose the super 8 to get good sleep and we did not get much rest at all either night. A refund for at least one night would be nice. We had loud neighbors both nights too…it was not a fun stay for my daughter and I.

Very nice people, clean room, affordable the breakfast is alright, cereal, oatmeal,waffles, fruit, orange juice apple juice, cranberry also, never had a problem with other guests no attitude good maid service lt has a elevator, rooms for handicap people, smiles every day
