It was close to my family

It had a terrible smell. My room was filled with flies. The refrigerator was disgustingly dirty, could not keep anything in it. It has really gone down hill. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Nice location

Could use some upgrading. Served it's purpose.

The AC in our room CLANKED all night long. We also had to reclean the room when we got there. Bed and sheets were covered with hairs. Not a great experience.

Average stay.

- Elevator out of service for 3 weeks - No breakfast - Loudest air conditioner I ever heard - No hot sleeves for coffee cup - Shower dispensers not labeled - Shampoo dispenser almost empty - Bedside lamp plugs are loose and untrustworthy

Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor, but the elevator was broken and had luggage for three weeks. I was later told when I left early due to the conditions that a 1st floor room was available and I should have been placed there. The room smelled horrible of stale cigarettes and mold. Paint/plaster chips were on the floor and even though housekeeping came in my room, as the towels were taken, the floor was not cleaned. The towels that were present on check in had stains and multiple types of hair present on them. The flooring was unlevel and had a huge hole in it under the carpet that was a fall hazard. I ended up leaving as the bed was so poor in comfort my hips were in severe pain from sleeping on it. The free breakfast area had appliances stored in the room next to the tables, so I did not choose to try it. I left a day before my reservation as I did not want to stay longer.

Loud drains, bed and room noises.. kinda weird. Beds were clean and shower had good pressure. It was an okay stay.
