Great check in, friendly staff, quiet

Room was REALLY hot when we got there.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was very nasty, the a/c didn’t work properly and the breakfast was cereal and coffee what kinda breakfast is that dry cereal! I want be staying there again…

The bed was comfortable. But the TV didn't work. Called front desk. They came up. Someone had unplugged the HDMI cable, but after a complete reset, it still wouldn't work. Called front desk again. He said a man came and fixed it, and it was working. When I tried to explain, he hung up. There was no chair for the desk, no clothes rod, no Kleenex, no soap in dispenser.

I got nonsmoking and it smelled like smoke all over

Room and hotel was dirty- under our beds were old socks, white pills, a house shoe, food and a receipt from 6 months ago.

We didnt end up staying but we checked in and the front desk person was very mean and just flat out didnt care. Our room was not what i had booked and when we checked into the room we were put into it was dirty and smelt like an ash tray. I then pulled back sheet to check for bed bugs and i found where they had had them and also saw how dirty the mattresses were. We checked out with in 20 mins of checking in. I told the frount counter what was wrong and that i had some issue and he congratulated me on being unhappy with what i found and told me i couldnt get a refund. It was an awful experience. Went back next morning and talked to a manager and she apologized and sent in for a refund. Will not ever stay there or any super 8 again

Nothing, made reservation on line, got to motel was told they had no rooms, we were left to sleep in our truck as no rooms were available in town
