The location was convenient

What didn't I like the giant holes in the wall the poop smeared on the bathroom wall the burnt out plugs the non-working appliances the breakfast was a joke the milk is expired. Plus when I got there they gave me the wrong key where somebody else is already in the room. Toilet paper roll was already used beds and sheet covered with dirty blankets with burn holes all through them..... Room was an absolute mess.

Staff was rude. Bed very uncomfortable. Pet policy is no pets! Noisy all night. Construction started before 6 am. Super 8 needs to take a hard look at this property, will definitely cost you customers!!

Booked the room at super 8 I. Sherman TX via booking.com. Pd for room at the hotel. The room was unsafe. I found black mold, wiring hanging from ceiling, no smoke alarm, light fixtures broken, outlets not properly covered. When leaving, Super 8 said owner decision to refund my money. And he isn’t available. Reported issue to booking.com and Wyndham. Both denied accountablity. Super 8 would not answer either email or phone calls, despite multiple attempts. Reported the issues to city enforcement. Have not received a refund.

The gentleman checking me in was quite nice, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was miserable hot, the air conditioners are outdated and do not cool off to a satisfactory temperature. There was food and dirt on the walls. The hallways were dirty, the reception area was clean. I went down for breakfast at 8 AM. They only had coffee, she said she closed up early as no one comes down anyways. It hadn't looked as if she had put anything out to begin with. I wasn't offered juice or anything. The outlets some did not work, and the shower did not reach a warm temperature. I again did like the gentleman working. And the beds were comfortable, I booked a king bed, but was given only 2 full size, with no explanation as to why. Only that the room with a king would cost more, when it was a king I had booked.

Filed a complaint. Room was unsafe. Pictures attached with complaint

Black mold, wires hanging from ceiling, no smoke alarm, broken light fixtures, different room than what was booked.

They were dog friendly & definitely got what you pay for.

There were paper towels plugging holes in the walls and the “peep hole” was broke & people were able to see right through our door.
