Check in was at 2pm, and the room wasn't ready until 3pm. Looked like the property value has gone down. Bathtub was painted white, room was just dingy.

Breakfast was Horrible. Coffee nasty apple juice tasted like mold i told staff she said OK they only offered toast, 2 cereals and instant oatmeal I liked nothing. We left and went to McDonald's. Rhe 3 days we stayed we never went bac The pool isn't heated and it was freezing. I asked for a room cleaning and new bedding and was told no we will do that after you check out. It was truly the worst stay ever in a hotel. And it has Wyndham in the name and that surprised me so much. Just Horrible

There wasn’t any just coffee and juice and toast and jelly

Breakfast wasn’t The worst Ice machine did not work could not get the TV to work. After three attempts with the front desk they got it to work

I truly wish I could say something positive but unfortunately that would be dishonest.

The front desk person was rude and rolled her eyes because I I could not understand her accent. We were tired from traveling all day and then treated rudely. The lobby smells awful and bugs in the windows of the pool is all I could see at night. The room size was large and nice but the room was disgusting. Obvious stains on all the bedding the curtains were stained as well (with something that looked like bloody finger prints. It was awful. We left early and I had my kids bleach and sanitize all their stuff after staying here.

It's convenient for me.

The fact they are holding 20% on my credit card until they finish processing my 2 week payment. So they have almost $200 of my money on top of what I paid.
