Super 8 by Wyndham Fernley

Bath towels dirty and bed pillows are horrible and dingy couldn't watch TV cause the volume was down so low and remote didn't work.

Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was supposed to be smoke-free, but it reeked of cigarettes the moment I walked in. I have allergies and could barely breathe because of the heavy smoke smell. There was even an ashtray sitting right on the counter. When I told the front desk clerk, they came to the room, insisted it was smoke-free, and claimed the smell wasn’t from smoking—even though it was obvious it was. The floors were dirty, the sheets didn’t look clean, and the shower curtain was so thin it didn’t keep any water in. Water ended up all over the bathroom floor, and I actually slipped and fell getting out of the shower. To top it all off, the refrigerator still had leftover food from a previous guest—clearly no one had cleaned it. This was one of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever had. Between the cigarette smell, poor cleaning, and unsafe bathroom, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They seriously need to improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty about their rooms being “smoke-free.”

There was no breakfast

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unacceptable. The room smelled horrible. The entire facility was filthy.

What a hassle 😪 They were determined not to give me my room Came up with lots of excuses. Finally, I called Wyndham. Then, they honored my reservation. If I wasn't so tired and needed to go to bed, I would have left. But, it came to be a matter of determination not to let them give a bunch of lame excuses on why they wouldn't honor my reservation. I am a Diamond Member...which meant nothing at this Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for "friendly customer service" You will not get it here. I have never encountered such difficulties. And I stay at a hotel 5 days a week for business.

Rooms were barley clean. sheets and towels are super old and stained. I was bitten a dozen times by bed bugs the first night and had to get a different room

Room could use some extra cleaning particularly the floor shower defently needs some love low pressure not very hot head clogged but bed was nice . Just needed it for a night step up rhe cleainf qnd fix shower 5 stars

Cold Cereal, Toast and/or Apples for Breakfast - that's all

Check in was a 2 pm I arrived 145 pm and the lady at the counter said room will be ready till 3pm Room was ok, restroom need a lot of repairs
