We got flea bites

Rooms were clean, staff friendly & parking was good for the Harley’s

I got ate up by bed bugs and the manager is a nice lady but the general manager only let them refund one day which I stayed 2 1/2 days and I paid cash and they refunded me on a card I just say bad ownership.

We DID NOT stay here. We made a reservation 3 months in advance, received a confirmation of our reservation the day before, and when we arrived to check in, they told us the reservation had been canceled. They offered no explanation as to why it was canceled, asked if I had canceled it ( I didn't), told me I hadn't paid for it (I had), and never once offered an apology. The town was sold out, so we had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a room in a town 30 miles in the opposite direction. Additionally, while we were there, trying to find a new room, another couple came in and were told their reservation had been canceled as well. DO NOT book this property.

Long black hair, all over the bathroom floor. Petrified boogers, on the shower wall.

We drove from Boise to Fernley on our way to San Francisco. Arrived at Super 8 at 1 am and checked in. Our room was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. Only the fitted sheet was on the bed and pillow cases with mascara stains. it was covered with grit and pubic hairs, the top sheet and blanket were folded at the bottom of the bed and appeared to have dirt and debris from the floor on them. The toilet had not been flushed and had pee in it. There was pee on the wall near the toilet, there was a used razor and a large bottle of personal shampoo in the shower. There were no clean towels. A young man from the front desk brought up sheets and pillow cases to change the bedding. He took one of the pillows, removed the pillow case, and then put the pillow on the top sheet right in the grit and pubic hair while he turned to get a clean pillow case from the desk. It was horrendously disgusting. We asked for a refund and left immediately. I took photos!

Its a place to sleep. AC was full blast so nice when getting to the room. Cable/TV didn't work and show pull was broken so had a hard time getting shower to engage. But it was the cheapest option in Fernley and just needed a bed for the night

Our room looked dinge. The sheets were brown instead of white. The sink did not drain, Gross!! Coffee all over the wall by garbage can. The tub and shower were older so they dark and dingy. Beds and pillows were past time to be changed out. Not going back.

The only thing I liked was the fact that the casino and restaurant was right outside my door.

My stay was fine at first, then I started noticing little bites on me. I thought they were mosquito bites but they turned out to be Bed Bug bites. I informed the office when I checked out and they said they would spray but I doubt they will. My co worker as well had bed bugs in his room a few doors down from me. This place should close down and spray the whole building.

Good location next to a diner and casino and gas station and Walmart. Shower was decent water pressure.

Secondary lock on door did not work. Several light bulbs were burnt out. Sheets were dirty and gray stained vs white. Towels were thin and dingy. Hair dryer was sticky and did not work. Felt unsafe and gross. They would not let me stay in a 2nd floor room. As a woman alone I felt unsafe. Breakfast had only peanut butter as a protein option. One small orange and the rest were red apples. Toast,cereal, oatmeal and coffee. How about some boiled eggs or sausage or anything? Yogurt?
