Could be cleaner and not smell like weed

In the three days we stayed our room was not cleaned once, the towels were dirty, and only once did the front desk got us some new towels.. The front desk was surly and rather rude about the whole situation. The grounds were dirty and unkempt. As the room was rather expensive, we felt that some money was due back to us.

The people were nice.

It was a clean, there was no Kleenex in the room, there was a dangerously broken light socket hanging from the electrical cord by the bedside, etc. I sent photos to the facility

Nothing.

It was filthy and the room had roaches. I don’t even complete my stay it was too gross.

The bed was comfortable.

The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. There were dead crockroaches on the floor.

Nothing

Roaches, fruit flies, people smoking in rooms, filthy everything, stained sheets, slept fully clothed.

It was very clean! The staff was awesome!

The stopper in our sink was stuck which made the sink useless! We did not discover this until bedtime so it was too late to contact anyone!
