There were questionable people staying in the rooms who had piles of their belongings laid outside their doors, random shoes outside the entrance, elevator was filthy, room damages had just been painted over (poorly), our hairdryer caught on fire, outlet had a short in it which caused refrigerator to turn off.

Clean and comfortable

I booked one night through Booking.com. the price was supposed to be in the 70 dollar range. When I checked my credit card statement it was over $143. And the breakfast was disappointing

It was quiet even though there were a lot of people (extended stay visitors). The staff were amazing!

It was freezing when I got into my room. The heat was off and since the weather was freezing the room was as well. I wiped down the counters and any surface as there were cup rings and marks all over. To me it seemed they didn't clean properly.

Thanksgiving

Hot water is plumbed backwards in room 201. Hot is to the left not to the right. Questioned desk staff and was told to "just more it around all over until you get it to work." Questioned flashing desk page light on the phone. Was told that "all the phones in the motel are that way. You will need to put something over it." Can't we fix something?
