Helpful kind staff

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, found a dirty sock that wasn’t ours next to bed, coffee ring on the nightstand and sticky substance on the tv stand, sticky stain on corner chair, door top swing lack lock broken, hair clump in corner of bathroom that was not ours. This was all found as we entered the room.

The night staff was great and the breakfast was delicious.

I have worked in the hotel industry for almost 19 years, the last 8 years as a Hotel General Manager It is very rare to have an exceptional experience at a Hotel with no mechanical, maintenance issues, or cleaning issues. This Hotel is in Good Hands. Every encounter with staff was positive and full of good energy. A family oriented Hotel, The staff is very attentive and made everyone feel welcome. This place is clean, safe and comfortable. From Booking on the phone with Felicia, To my Dynamic Check in and Lobby conversations with Lexy and other guests to a well maintained hot and well attended breakfast with Randi , Hands down this Hotel gives a five star service. This is Not even my Brand but it's my first choice visiting Baker City . The Coffee was fresh and always hot, and the pool warm and clean. Definitely worth the money. I give a shot out to the whole team and especially the GM. Thank you.
