Property was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent.

I put a sign outside my room one day, please make up my room and it did not happen. My breakfast table and surrounds were not cleaned properly from day to day.

"Spent the night at this hotel and the evening and next day visiting Cromer bbefore heading home."

This is a fairly basic hotel but it was clean and the staff were most welcoming and efficient. The location is perfect being only a short walk to the town centre. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for a most pleasant stay :-)

"Lovely stay"

Lovely location. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were very grateful that we could leave our bags there before and after check-in - it allowed us to make full use of our time. Just an 8-m8nute walk to the train station.
