All of it, clean spacious and very dog friendly and great location. Opposite the beach and a short walk into town.

Nothing to dislike

Very comfortable, relaxing, spacious and clean space, I could easily have spent more time at the hotel instead of going out enjoying my holiday! Good beach front location. Friendly staff. And the free-refill filter coffee was excellent - couldn't get enough of that!

The slatted bathroom door was a little lacking and not sure there was a lock on it, and the bathroom a little small. Had to park around the corner as all spaces were in use, however it was still only a one minute walk to the hotel.

Lovely location, nice room, all amenities.

Curtains let the light in very early (awoken at 4.30am).

Sandcliffe Guest House is in a good position, overlooking the sea and only a 10 minute amble from the town centre. The accommodation is spotless, our room was beautifully fitted out with a view over the sea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were some of the best we've ever experienced, plenty of choice and well presented.

Cromer centre is notorious for a lack of parking spaces, Sandcliff has a few spaces, but when we arrived none were free. My husband is waiting on spinal surgery, so a walk from the nearest carpark with suitcases was not really an option. When I explained this on checking in the owner kindly moved his own car so that we could use his space...we really appreciated his kindness. The situation eased as the weekend wore on and other guests left, but my husband still fretted each time we went out in case there wasn't a space to come back to. I know parking space is out of the control of the owners, which is why I only dropped one mark, and it certainly didn't spoil our stay at the Sandcliff.

The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The room was as described and shown on pictures. Everything was nice and clean and the location on the seafront was good too.

Lovely room and location.Bed a bit too firm for me but thats personal taste.Trek to the loo in the night was a bit tiring but thats my choice with cheaper room having shared bathroom.Otherwise it was fabulous thank you.We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect. Staff were, friendly, room beautiful (Rm9) Dog friendly with a doggy gift box on arrival in the room. Location great and the breakfast was wow wow wow out of this world.
