"great location ,nice staff ,lovely old building on the sea front"

location is great ,right on the seafront and 5 minute walk down to town . room was very clean and fresh and cool despite the 30 degree heat we didnt have breakfast as there are lots of places in town that do breakfast we arrived early to grab parking right outside but there are places in the area for free parking too

The location is superb - just over the road from the sea front, and minutes away from all of Cromer's attractions. The property is bright, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and will go above and beyond. Breakfasts are delicious with several options available. This place is a real gem, and always my first choice for short breaks. It's often possible to get in at quite short notice.

Can't fault it really. Be aware that some of the rooms are on the small side, and not all of them have private bathrooms, although many do.

"Good hotel in convenient location but breakfast needs some tweaking"

Easy check-in and check-out. Free parking close to town centre.

No basic cereals such as Corn Flakes and Rice Krispies available. Muesli arrived already smothered in milk with no choice or option to select type or quantity of milk. e.g whole milk, semi-skimmed or skimmed and personal choice of how much milk required.

The shower wasnt very good. It took me ages to wash my hair. The water just trickled out.
