Sandcliff Guest House

Great location, close to the town & the pier.

The room was spotless and had a beautiful sea view. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and was served very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We were met by a really friendly staff member, who couldn't have been more helpful. He went out of his way to store our bikes safely overnight. Great sea view from the room. Comfy beds

A tiny shower room for a family room. And we got a significantly cooler reception in the morning from a different staff member, who implied that arriving for breakfast without a reservation was a problem, but then showed us to a table with our room numbers on it. The simple breakfast menu wasn't clear what was included in the price, and there was a question over whether the chef could accommodate requests. The price on the day was higher than listed on the Booking.com site, with a claim that it was "the best in Cromer". And £3 for toast, which feels like it should be included in even the most basic breakfast. So a lovely stay somewhat affected by a negative attitude
