Bedding was clean , however the rooms need to be updated and the view from the window was a concrete wall

when we first got into our room, the room was very dirty. They were stains and mold from on the sheets and they had to switch our rooms, but when we got switched to a different room, it was still kind of the same issue. They just tidied up a little bit more and change the sheets and then I realize on my door that it wasn’t secure so the door stopper that’s at the top of the door that stops the door from always opening all the way open. It was broken off so anybody who uses a tiny bit of force to get into my room could’ve gotten into my room.

Todas las instalaciones estaban bastante bien y la ubicación era también perfecta. También estaba limpio y la recepción fue en principio muy amigable.

Desgraciadamente todas estas cosas buenas dejaron de serlo cuando no pudimos pegar ojo en toda la noche ya que nos dieron la habitación 107, la cual indico aquí para que nadie se deje engañar, que estaba pegada a la lavandería de este hotel y toda la noche aunque llamamos dos veces al recepcionista de madrugada, estuvieron funcionando las lavadoras y secadoras o las máquinas que fueran, con un ruido de motor horroroso que se sentía pegado a nuestra cama. Por la mañana antes de salir nos quejamos en la recepción donde se encogieron de hombros y pidieron ciertas disculpas pero diciendo que es que no habían tenido otra habitación que ofrecernos, pero como mi marido indicó. eso no se hace, eso es engañar a la gente directamente.
