"They billed my credit card an additional 76 bucks."

Location was good, it was okay clean. Parking area was clean and seemed safe.

The staff need to learn customer relations I seemed to interrupt life when I showed up. The vending machine was super noisy. The cable to the direct tv was broken, I fixed it well enough for me to use it. Shady people hanging out in the halls. They took my credit card even though I paid through Booking and charged me 76.75. I have disputed this charge with my credit card.

Location the comfort and Sam was very accommodating as I accidentally booked the super eight on the wrong side of town and when I got to his location, which was closer to my destination, he helped me cancel and rebook… thanks again, Sam

Just one security door on the backside of the building needs to be repaired. Otherwise everything was fine.

"Clean and comfortable"

I stayed at the super eight on the east side of town. I accidentally checked into the one on the west side of town but when I got to Sam’s location, he helped me cancel and rebook. The super eight was very comfortable clean and the staff was very friendly

Just one security door needs to be fixed, but that’s all

I won't stay there again the people just didn't care. You had to raise hell to get them to listen. The place was run down and not clean.
