Not well stocked

The heating system was almost non existent. And did not enjoy a room, in a sense, in the basement. Except for check in there was never a staff person at the front desk.

This is a discount hotel closeto the airport and right off the interstate and on the main street in Lincoln -- so the location is great. We found it to be a little run down but satisfactory in all the key ways -- clean, hot water, quiet, etc. A good value.

The breakfast is free but super minimal.

The room was clean, but definitely older. The king bed was wonderful, so soft and cozy. Our shower, though, was miserable. We could only get it half pressure. On top of that conditioner dispenser was broken. For breakfast, there was a pancake machine!! Not much else offered, but I love pancakes, so I was happy. The morning clerk was so nice to change our rooms because I had booked 3rd party and didn't realize there were 3 floors and no elevator. He was able to get me a ground floor room by the handicap entrance. The afternoon clerk barely spoke to me on arrival. There was no clerk to be found at checkout. Also the side entrance didn't close unless pulled closed so security was potentially an issue. Great price, though.

Dirty room, unflushed urine in toilet, food in trash (eggs & other things), smell in room, curtains falling down. Had to change rooms after unpacking. Smell of smoke in staircase. Breakfast poor.
