I didn’t get the room I paid for the tub was broken toilet seat was broken when I went to correct it the lady at the front desk bucked and told me take it up with Expedia

It was okay but affordable

You need to take off your list. Roaches everywhere!!! Everything had stains on it. Sheets, floor, and chair. Disgusted!!! Towels all looked nasty. Probably not even clean. Mold on shower curtain.

Something told me not to. I went against this intuition. Soon as i opened the door to the second floor room i was met with a musty mildewish ripe smell along with a family of disgruntled guess already occupying the room standing right by the door. Looked like they lived there. Never felt so dirty in my life. They tried to offer another room downstairs on the 1st floor but i couldnt get out of that cesspool quick enough. Do not do this to yourself! Stat away! Oh, and they refused to give my money back.

The room was very dusty and had a mold smell also..The towels and washcloths had stains on them like the were dirty rags. They also have roaches as well. I would never come here again

Vending machines didn't work, ceiling in the room was dirty, dusty, room smelled like mold/moldew.

I was very itchy when sitting on bed no towels wash clothes or soap no phone in rooms and internet didn’t work on 3rd floor in the rooms

If could give zero stars I would. First off the lady is on the phone 24/7 loudly (owner) even during my check in she was on the phone the entire time, yelling, and arguing and she basically threw my room key to me . Next the room was FILTHY! Nothing was cleaned, floor wasn’t vacuumed, blanket had blood on it. I went to the first desk to ask for a rag and spray and to tell him the tv wasn’t working. 3 hours later he didn’t come to the room after saying he would. After having an anxiety attack because I was surrounded by filth as I was staying there for nearly a week. I finally calmed down and went back to the desk and asked for spray and a wash cloth again to clean the room myself…because obviously housekeeping is useless (she’s another loud one smh) I also had to vacuum the room too (they had just brought a vacuum but gave me the old one lmao) weed smoke everyday, crack heads and hookers, DONT TRUST THE PICTURES! The lobby and hall is hot nasty and sweaty. They refuse to deep clean, I’m sure if covid lived on surfaces forever this hotel alone would cause another pandemic. Ice machine filthy, soda machine BROKE, vending machine BROKE but you can get a .25 back of chips for $1 from front desk, no breakfast, 2 cup beverage machines Broke! Mold on shower curtain, and shower wall.toilet had a black ring in it. Wi-Fi NEVER worked. Blood on blanket, roaches galore! The police had to be called, and they have regular window that barely locked. They refused to change my room, refused a

We did not stay but charged for the 3 days. Smoke detector was torn out of ceiling. Dip spit on walls. Stains on bedding. Room full of mold. We filed a claim.
