"Never Would Stay Again"

Our first room was horrible. It reeked like cigarettes, had a broken lock, the door didn’t latch, and there was a significant amount of water damage in the bathroom including the ceiling sinking in the corner. The person at the front desk was accommodating and gave us a new room. Unfortunately, 5 minutes after getting to our new room someone tried getting in. This made us very anxious for the rest of the night. There are much better places to stay in Lincoln, shop around!

I would rather save my money than to ever spend another dime here. I disputed my charges with the bank. I originally reserved a double-bed room, but came in and they said we don’t have that available. Mind you, I paid EXTRA fees for that room. I said I want a refund, they didn’t agree to it. The room they showed me was so dirty and unpleasant. The pictures advertised online are NOT what they actually look like in-person. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible hygiene. Took my family and left to another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable and horrendous. SAVE YOUR COINS.
