Run down.

When booking our reservation we were never notified that the motel was under renovation. The crew renovating actually worked banging and moving around until one o clock in the morning! Could not find the ice machine. Breakfast was practically non existent. To say the least , we were pretty disappointed in the conditions of materials everywhere and just the unorganized conditions of the entire building.

We truly wished that we were notified of the renovations that were happening at the motel.

The location was fine

The hotel was under renovation. Workers were doing construction in the breakfast area, including working on the walls directly above the food and beverages being served.

I didn't like booking stock coming the way they booked my room. I never told me that the place was under construction. Had to walk around the building to get to my room. Lack of knowledge to get me a different room from the staff. It took him over 45 minutes to get me a room and find me on bookings.com. How do you get management?

Location

The room was very dim lit. The floors were not swept. The lighting was really dim in bathroom masking the dirty tub and floor. Bottom floor under construction, noisey.
