Clean and comfortable

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Zero brand standards are maintained by this owner. It’s filthy throughout entire property. Our room has a drooping torn ceiling in the bathroom. If desperate and need protection this will suffice but if you have standards and expectations then never consider this place for a fraction of a second. Owner needs to be stripped of his franchise agreement today. Hallways have a musty dank smell in the air and really dirty carpets and walls. Price is around $100/nt but used some Wyndham points because the nearby La Quinta was unavailable.

IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO SUPER 8 HOTEL , IS THERE I GO EVERY WEEKEND AROUND ALL UNITED STATES CUZ IM A TRUCK DRIVER , IM SURE THIS SUPER 8 AT IDAHO FALLS IS THE WORST ONE AROUND THE US , IS NOT CLEAN AT ALL , NO CARPET ON THE HALL , BREAKFAST WAS VERY VERY POOR , NO FOOD AT ALL JUST SOME CEREALS AND 1 FRUIT , MILK FOR THE CEREALS WAS IN UN BIG SHARABLE CUP I HAVE TO ASK A GUY TO GIVE IT TO ME CUZ HE HAS IT IN HIS TABLE , INSIDE THE ROOM THERE IS NO IRON BORD AND IRON , NO ROOM SERVICE ,

THE BIG WHITE LADY ON THE DESK WAS SUPER RUDE AND SHE WAS HISSING AND MAKING FACE EXPRESSION WHEN I WAS TALKING , THIS LADY DIDN'T DESERVE TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND I DECIDED TO START GOING TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL BRAND BECAUSE OF HER
