Super 8 by Wyndham Lexington VA

This is one of the best Super 8 we have ever stayed at. Super clean and well kept. We would stay here again. Everything in the room was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Road out front is a little noisy. My only advice is dont eat at the Waffle House behind the motel, its gross.

Check in was not prompt, had to call out Hello a few times before someone came from the back room. Everything else was satisfactory

Bed did not get made after the first night stay. The shower sounds like the floor under it is rotten as it made a lot of noise while showering. The front desk staff was literally laying in the chair with their feet propped up on a drawer when I was checking out. Customer service is not very professional, however, this seems to be the trend at hotels in the area.

Location to near by good and shopping

Unclean, the staff did not clean the room after being requested to. All they did was make the bed. It was dusty everywhere, cobwebs under the safe, and the microwave was nasty. The bathroom was nasty with mold and the shower head was disgusting.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful and accommodating.

Nothing was disappointing to me.

The lobby smelled of marihuana and not even the AC was on. The mattress' springs creaked every time we turned or sat on it. The breakfast should not be called that at all. The room smelled of humidity.We don't know how Wyndham allows this establishment to have their brand.

Location was good. Cheapest price in area.

Stairs no elevator hard with alot of luggage on 3rd floor room.
