Super 8 by Wyndham Lexington VA

Two things could have made my stay better: 1)I wish I had asked for a room that wasn't next to the highway. Very lound noisy traffic to include tractor trailer trucks. I did not sleep at all. 2)I only stayed one night and check out was at 11 a.m. On the morning of the check out, I came back from the horse show (I had to get up early to feed my horse) to try to get a hour's nap/sleep in since I did not sleep so well. I arrived back at 9:30 a.m., took a shower, and crawled into bed. At 10:30 a.m. there was a loud knock knock on the door. I did not open the door--I guess it was the cleaning crew--I woke up and said "I am in here" to which I heard "Never mind"--not a "sorry to disturb you". It was a bit abrupt/disturbing.

Very strong odor of POT! The room was great! We slept very peacefully. Only yogurt and coffee served for breakfast. No tea or toast.

Everything was great. Very clean and the staff were very kind.

The free breakfast wasn't much. Choices were yogurt or xs honeybun! Usually free breakfast is a little more. Also the air con u it woke us up kicking on and off

Reserved a non smoking room with 2 double beds. All they had was a smoking room. Since room was paid for, we were stuck. Room stunk so bad and carpet was nasty. Will never stay here. They should have offered a refund when they didn't have the room I booked

Didn't have a coffee maker in the room .didn't have hot breakfast..did not have an elevator

Room was humid and smelled bad, we told the front desk and they just came in with air fresheners and told us to turn the AC up

Cheap and accepted animals

Mold in the shower, breakfast was a joke frozen honey buns yogurt and coffee and smoke detector was ripped from ceiling. One vending machine and candy was old and pop machine was sold out

Location is really good. Staff was okay.

The breakfast was very poor. It really was not worth the money. The room should have been cleaner. The quality of the room was also poor.

I have been provided room at Ground floor. The room was full of dam and floor carpet was wet. Breakfast was included,but there was no adequate breakfast both item wise and quantity wise (while asking for tea bags, there was no stock). So, overall not a good experience.
