Quality Inn South

Location close to highway.

For Quality Inn, it is vert run down. Broken sink, mold in shower, water around the toilet. As the bare minimum, they could deep clean in. Definitely would not recommend staying there.

Remote for tv didn’t work. Had to ask for light bulbs due to lamp not having one as well as one blew. Had 2 key cards but only one worked. Parking lot had huge pot holes. Doors to the outside that key card was supposed to unlock always had rocks or a bucket wedged in them so they would stay open. Staff could have been a little more helpful.

Location to Gainbridge fieldhouse was great. Close and simple drive.

It was vile. I’ve never been to a nastier hotel in my life. There was a cockroach in our bathroom sink and they didn’t see it as a problem. We were given another room but only after I stood there and stared at the worker for a few seconds in complete shock after he said “we are technically all booked up…” The new room had dead stink bugs in the corner and wrappers behind a lamp next to what looked like old dry ramen noodles

Makita was accommodating Gabby in the first floor room greeted me with a smile. Great customer service.

They didn't clean the room. We had to bring our used towel's and wash cloth to the front desk to get fresh ones the hall was dirty with visible trash and had a terrible oder .We left 3 days early just couldn't stand it any longer.I asking for it credit for the remaining days i had paid for they said i would have to go through you. I have made one request this will be the second one.

i didn’t like anything! the hotel was horrible. soon as you walk in all you can smell is piss and dogs. the wifi didn’t work. the sheets and pillows were stained. never again!
