"Great staff, weathered rooms"

Unfortunately, two of the three rooms were unacceptable. One wreaked of smoke and the other was full of mattress stains. However, Makeeta, at the front desk, was wonderful, accommodating, and gave us a refund. To me, that made all the difference in the world, as our expectations were met and we still left as satisfied customers; another approach would have caused stress and a very difficult situation. So, thank you to the staff!

It was a bed and a shower.

Rooms need deep cleaning, chair in 132 broken, carpets need to be cleaned. Moldy odor. Potholes in driveway.
