Good price good location, decent room

It is full of weekly and monthly renters, and I got stuck in a room in between all of them. They hang out, make noise, dudes up at 6 am sitting outside chatting like they are in a pub at 10 pm ... got almost no sleep, so it really sucked. I've stayed before in a different section. The should have completely different areas for long term rentals, and people passing through just wanting a good night sleep

Basic motel, dirty rooms but comfortable and clean bed. very friendly and helpful staff. Ok stay for one night - walkable to Henderson lake

The staff were great however they could not accommodate simple things because they did not have it nor did they have the knowledge to get it. Unfortunately the building needs some repair. The second last step up to our room was literally letting go at the side which was a little bit scary. We did let them know. I have a photo however the app will not allow me to attach it right now.

We stayed there before but we could hear all the people above us walking around at all hours. Lots of sketchy people stay there. The wife says not again.

It was busy but everybody was nice will probably stay there again
