No frills hotel that is pet friendly and does the job. Nothing special but the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Facility is a little older and worn out. The heater was stuck on a fairly high temperature and the thermostat didn’t work to turn it down. One lamp didn’t work. Air conditioner works though. It’s a nice place to spend the night depending on what your goals are for a hotel/motel.

I wasn’t able to check in for ~25 mins due to staffing

When I arrived at the hotel at 7 PM, I was informed that the room keys were not working, and I would have to request a refund from Expedia. Nobody had tried to contact me, there was no apology, and no attempt to help me find somewhere else to stay. I was in Lethbridge to see my mother in palliative care, and had my dog with me. To say that this was an incredible inconvenience is truly a huge understatement. Not only did they not attempt to help out, but they didn't even take any responsibility for the situation.

I arrived and waited 20 minutes outside for the office door to unlock. There was debate among the staff who should check me in, and how. Room was awful, one lamp without a shade with bare bulb, lamp didn't work so moot point i guess. I went to lobby to inform and get new lamp- had to wait til tomorrow. Only one torn and dirty fabric chair. Clearly an SRO - not informed. I entered room at 4pm, i attempted to go to office at 5:30pm to state i would not stay and was vacating room - no one there. No answer at number posted on door. I left the room untouched except the use of the bar soap and one handtowel. Eventually reached someone at after hours number and they refused to cancel my 3 night stay. My reasons were not good enough, i could take it up with expedia.

It was a warm room

I’ll start with the positive. It was easy to find, check in was friendly and went smoothly. That was it. The place was semi-clean. Absolutely zero room service (like restocking towels/toilet paper/etc). No staff in office when I stopped in the morning, waited ten minutes. Nothing. They came into my room to replace the cable box with zero warning… I was not there and not informed. While cheap you get what you *don’t* pay for in this case. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. People smoking/coughing/very loud right outside my door. People above me never sleep, I work 12 hour days and they’re up ALL night really loud, I regret the booking. I’d recommend anywhere else.

I did not feel safe at this location. All I saw around there was drug addicts. We ended up not even staying there because we felt so unsafe. We ended up getting a different motel was a big waste of money.

While very affordable and I felt safe here, there was a huge problem with the heating, and I had to turn the a/c unit on full blast to counteract the suffocating HEAT that would not shut off in the room. The a/c unit could not keep up and stopped working as well. And the shower is made for midgets. The shower head came out at my chin and I'm 5'7 I don't normally write bad reviews but this was an uncomfortable stay to say the least. The pizza place is delicious
