The beds in the hotel were incredibly uncomfortable, and hard as a rock. The AC did not work and it did not cool our room and the room smelt so bad of cleaning product (thankful the room was clean however) that it ended up giving me a severe migraine and we had to leave the hotel for most of the evening.

Good value for the cost. Room was clean and all equipment worked fine

What I liked best about this whole tile was the other people staying there. It is not the cleanest motel, and although there is 24-hour person at the desk they're not there all the time, however whenever I needed something there is always somebody readily available. It had a basic coffee maker with more than enough supply of sugars and powdered creamers. I had enough clean towels and cloths for my 2-day stay. Toilet paper Kleenex shampoo and conditioner is readily available along with two kinds of cups and an ice container. The ice machine broke down while I was there but was fixed immediately. This hotel has two sides to it and the people running it though young are doing the best they can and I was more than comfortable here. The bed was super comfortable the pillows super comfortable and the linens clean. It doesn't get the best ratings because of the cleanliness. But for the price of the room it is more than adequate and I was satisfied with my stay. .

My entire stay is amazing except for two things:- 1. Washroom tank won’t fill up after use and 2. TV is not working and anyways tv is not that important for me. Overall, nice stay

convenient transportation

This property is very rundown and needs a lot of repairs. The air conditioning didn't work properly and was very noisy. Some of the bathroom floor tiles were broken. The shower curtain had holes in it. The laundry room was out of service. The curtains on the window were too small and didn't cover the whole window. The pool was not working and disgusting looking. The staff can only do so much when everything is in such bad shape. I am surprised that Avion rewards would even list a property like this. We used a lot of points for such a rundown place. We would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times before. It was always “ok”. Never great but decent for the price and we liked the location. But over the last several years it’s really degraded. I have never left a hotel before, but this time we did. First, couldn’t they get a working ac unit for the lobby? Reception area was very hot, horrible for the worker. Upon checking in, the front desk was all chipped up. When reception went to magnetize our room cards, the machine was filthy. The off-white machine was black around the sides, like it had never been cleaned. We went up to our room and dropped off our bags. We noticed a few things when we walked in, and should have looked closer, but we were meeting friends for dinner. Upon returning, things we noticed. First walking in, the curtains were falling off the rod. Went to turn on the AC, and the buttons were filthy. The fridge looked reasonable on the inside, but had a smell. The outside of the fridge was all dented up for some reason. There was a piece of chocolate bar wrapper sitting by the phone. The bed looked all lumpy. The quilt was tight but upon picking it up the sheets were not pulled tight. Like they had pulled the quilt down without making the rest of the bed. Let alone adding clean sheets. Which we did then find blood or something on the side of the sheets. The bathroom had holes in the wall from previous mountings, which were never filled. Cracked old sink. Toilet was stained. no more characters.

Requested to be moved out of the first assigned room due to something growing on the carpet. Room had 3 towels, there were 4 of us, took 3 requests to receive 2 additional towels. Location was perfect, I suppose I got what I paid for. Affordable stay.
