Breakfast was mostly non existent. Even if there had been adequate breakfast, I wouldn't have wanted to consume food from a place that was so obviously filthy.

They neglect to tell you that there is not a single room you can access without having to climb steps until you are checking in. I have difficulty walking and have a special needs son that was with me and they graciously put us on the to floor. (Sarcasm intended) This prevents you from canceling the room before you have to pay for it anyway. The facility was filthy and smelled awful. They turned the light on in the room for us, but even though it was 110* that day did not have any AC running in the room or in the hallways or stairwells. It was so hot that the AC didn't cool it enough to sleep until 4AM. Nearly 8 hours after I had turned it on. That was with the ceiling fan running too. The bathroom had NO soap for the sink or for the shower. Also no shampoo so I had no way to wash my hands. The sink was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was dirty. there was a hole in the shower which had been repaired with clear packing tape and was peeling off. There was no water or ice bucket either. I notified the front desk how bad it was when I checked out and NOTHING was done. They simply do not care how awful the facility is. Oh and they don't take your safety seriously either as they break the law by not posting fire escape routes from your room. This place is a complete shithole. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Don't waste your money on a room at this place. It is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Breakfast--just nothing much there other than bread. No milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, let alone eggs or meat--just nothing. Also, the lady checking us in was unhospitable--their system was down, no apology, no smile, no thanks. When I gave her my Wyndham # to please add to my booking, her response was, "What do you want me to do with this?" She also told us that they were having a problem with ALL the TVs onsite after I told her that our remote didn't work. Thankfully she did send someone to our room; he replaced the remote, and it worked just fine after that. The bed was not comfortable either. We had just stayed at a Super 8 elsewhere the day prior and everything was great at that property--I guess you just have to read the reviews for each property...

Convenient location right off the highway.

Needs a major upgrade. Everything was out of order and no real breakfast. Bathroom was clean, but the sheets looked suspicious.

Noisy, between the heating unit, the ice maker across the hall and the resident living next door not understanding that 5am is not the time to repeatedly slam doors was quite aggravating.
