It stank like cigarettes very badly, and I would not recommend staying. The internet was down. They had no coffee at the breakfast station, said the supplier took it? Very lousy run hotel.

The location was nice, right off of I-70 and in a decently quiet spot.

1990 called... Not one USB port on a lamp. The lamp outlets were all worn out. I found one wall outlet that I could reliably plug into. Moldy HVAC unit, I turned it off and slept with the window open. Some sort of foreign matter on one of the white towels. The shower head was encrusted with hard water deposits to the point it was about worthless. Tiny toilet?!?! TWO large bottles of SEX LUBE were in one of the drawers! One was USED TOO! Maybe they were complementary, IDK. No in-room coffee. The in-room refrigerator was one of those high-efficiency types. So it had no setting; in the morning, everything was tepid. The breakfast was sparse, two cereals, coffee, waffles, yogurt, milk.... No juices, no ice, no water. The lids for coffee didn't fit the cups. I came back from my mid-morning excursion to my door blocked open along with all the others in the hall. They were "cleaning" the rooms. I requested a refund for my second night and chose not to stay the second night. They never refunded my stay.

Didn’t have the king sized bed we booked. Room smelled like stale smoke. Ice machine didn’t work and people kept trying to get ice outside our room which sparked our dog to bark. Would not stay there again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was dissapointed that maid service was not available for the room. When asked for a fresh towel it was quickly brought.

Quiet and clean. Staff and breakfast good. This is an older property not quite Hilton garden inn or anything
