Super 8 by Wyndham Gainesville I-75 Hospital University Area

The room was nice enough, and I guess there really isn't anything bad to say about the hotel. But...the guests were very noisy. Car alarm going off right outside my window twice in the middle of the night, moms yelling at kids in the hallway, doors slamming, etc. Guess the walls could be a bit thicker.

Staff wasn't so friendly ...rude. we did not get the room we reserved..and we was not aware that it was a hundred dollar deposit. And when we said so the lady at the front was very rude about it.

Everything went very smoothly was very satisfied with the room and the customer service

The hotel was nice and clean the staff was nice and pleasant and the breakfast was great overall I’ll be back to stay I loved it

The staff is very courteous and rooms are decent for the price

The Staff was very accommodating specially when suggesting that they needed to change our room when noticing that we were handicap.

3 story hotel with no elevator

No elevator! Had to trek up 2 flights of stairs with a 16 month old and luggage. I specifically asked about the pool at check in since we were there for a baseball tournament and wanted to be able to cool off after the games only to be told the next morning that the pool was down for an uncertain amount of time. My 17 year old niece trekked downstairs with her 16 month old sister just to have to go back upstairs to our room because it was down! $100 deposit at check in that was not listed when I booked the room. The deposit isn’t the issue, but the lack of transparency is. There are plenty of better and nicer hotels in this area to stay at. We checked out after the games that day and went to another hotel that was literally right down the road!!

Comfortable stay just the air conditioner was real loud waking me up multiple times other than that breakfast could improve other than that it was good
