Comfort, location, breakfast was adequate-could have had more fruit. Availability of ATM machine although desk clerk did not know what the charge was for using it. Talking with other guests at breakfast.

Arrived to find out we had to go up steps to our room--no elevator; sidewalk from parking to lobby needs repaired; TV did not get Hallmark. Tub needs at least one more 'bar' for those of us who are old and need stability in our lives; bathroom floor was a bit slippery.

Convenience to food and grocery all within walking distance

Cigarettes burns in the blankets and microwave was very very dirty

Customer service was good

Bed was two small and pillow was not confortable.

Location was good. Easy access to fuel and food.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and outdated.

Breakfast was okay. I think it would be nice to have more grain-free options.

Mildew was in the bathtub walls and on shower curtain. We woke up in middle of night from hearing an alarm. We were told it was to summon the volunteer fire department.
