Econo Lodge Spring Lake near Fort Bragg

Dirt in almost every corner, desk chair was filthy. Fridge had months old dust on top, ripped towels. Honestly not sure what was clean

The front desk staff were nice, that is about it. Firstly I don't like how the concession area was "cash only". Most hotels charge items to your room. They do this so you have to pay their ATM fee. Secondly, the room was pretty terrible. The floor was grimy, there was mold in the bath tub, there were no stops in the sink or bath tub, their were exposed wires in the ceiling, cigarettes' burns on the linens, the lights did not work, the AC was in dis-repair and barely worked, and it smelled bad. If I go back up there, I will happily stay further away from the event venue.

the staff was friendly but the facility is filthy. It appears that many of the rooms are rented on a long term basis. I had to ask for everything that normally is in a hotel room. I did not feel that comfortable with their sanitation efforts and in the age of Covid 19 it was a scary place.

Do not stay at this hotel. It smells like straight pot as soon as you walk into the door. The people at reception are high as a kite. There was no toilet paper in the room & they made it feel like an inconvenience to give me any. Rooms are still being cleaned at 8pm at night. On the third floor, they are moving what sounds like furniture at 3am in the morning and stomping around when people have work at 6am. And on top of that this HUGE spider was in my room right before I was heading to bed. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Typical Super 8, rooms were surprisingly nice, but all other areas were less than desireable. Breakfast area is small, and selection is minimal. I was charged a $10 deposit for towels, that no one ever followed up on, so what was the point of the deposit.

This hotel is a very comfortable and affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful.The beds are real comfortable and the layout is perfect. The bathrooms have been updated with a real fancy sink and and walk in shower.

Excellent employees where excellent they made sure we were very well taken care of the rooms were clean they have a great variety of snacks and drinks bathroom was clean sheets clean quilts clean bed comfortable and internet

Great place ,Awesome Staff ,Restaurants that’s in walking distance from hotel both Mangers and housekeepers are very helpful, new updates ,flatscreen tv ,are included also WiFi was really clear here.will not be my last stay

This was the worst hotel experience my company had for our crews. The hotel was full of mold, dirty and our employees were getting sick. We checked out before the date we wanted because everybody was feeling sick from the mold and the management was super rude. They charged our company for the full days even when we checked out a week earlier. They did this making unauthorized use of our company card which they had photocopied before. Stay away from this place. The management/owners were the worst with our crews that where working in the city reconstruction after the hurricane.
