Good location, helpful staff, cost , close to Perkins, microwave, refrigerator, good-sized TV, bathtub with grip bar, vending machines

No elevator, overhead light didn’t work, difficult to find because the name has changed to the Asteria, coffee and juice provided in the a.m., but no tea bags, hot water, or bread ; heater didn’t keep the room warm the second night

"Comfortable reasonably-priced hotel!"

Good customer service, comfortable beds, and lots of TV channels. It would have been nice to have some pastries or toast in the morning. Juice and coffee was available.

"Good service good stay"

One night stay all good. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a problem initially with the TV remote not working but the young man at the front desk worked quickly to resolve it. I appreciated his good customer service.

"It was about what we expected foe the price."

We wanted a cheap place to stay for one night.

Bed was hard. Bathroom was dark. Room smelly til we aired it out. Sheets and blanket seemed old. Name of hotel is wrong on reservation sites.
