Horrible treatment

Very quiet hotel and area.. Nice and clean room. Welcoming entrance. Very kind & friendly staff that allowed us to check in earlier.

There is nothing I found to dislike.

Check in was good. Upon entering room first noticed holes in wall and burns on bed spread . Later noticed stains on sheet and towels followed by broken shower valve. Next day staff member accused us of not paying the additional fee for our dog. When I told her we paid she followed up with I’ll check , I’ll check. I showed her the receipt and told her to check before accusing us of not paying. We brought her and her helper in the room and shower them the problems with the room. Oh, and it looked like the cleaning procedure for the bathroom was to sweep everything behind the door and call it good enough. The place is substandard at best and I give it two stars because the cable tv worked.

The check in process was simple

Upon arrival there was what appeared to be a crowd of regulars outside the entrance smoking cigarettes. Walking inside the check in process was pretty standard. The problems began upon entrance of our room. The room had a musty smell similar to wet towels. We entered the bathroom and found a used towel on the hanger and hair in the bathtub and the ground. The bed sheets had stains on them and there was sticky substance on the bed frame and controller. Lastly the air conditioner had what appears to mold near the vents.

Towels and wash clothes were dingy
