Room was great

Was just ok

It appears a lot of long term residents here some with issues. Should not be mixing with paying guests in my opinion.

having a smoking room-highlight of my stay.

first off the key card wouldn't work, so had to go get new one, i walk with a cane and was a distant from elevater second the hall way had a bunch of garabage in it, third, they still hadn't fixed the air/heat that was messed up when i was there 2 weeks ago (same room). had heat setting up to 90 and still blowing cold air so froze all night

Nothing was good about this place.

Upon arrival we checked in and headed to our room, between the smoke smell and the gross room. This place isn’t worth it. We had poop on our shower curtain and something on the ceiling along with a booger on the blanket. I went to ask the front desk manager for a new shower curtain and was told they didn’t know if they had more. I said as long as we could get one left by morning so we could shower after getting back that would be fine. We never received one and the people working the morning after didn’t know anything about it. I was never even discounted. Also the breakfast had no protein items and was either cereal or toast/bagel.

There is an airport shuttle, but it was hard to find it on the way to the hotel, and the receptionist was angry with me for asking about it The bed and pillow was fine The breakfast was minimal but ok

The room was very damp, no option to open the window and the A/C is always on, which gives a bad smell and uncomfortable feeling. The shower was not clean The staff were not nice Overall felt like a cheap motel

Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable.
