Quality Inn Ontario Airport Convention Center

Location was good. Cleanness, service was great and friendly. Nice room. I even forgot my earrings and the front desk woman got them and saved them for me until I was able to return for them. Thought that was awesome. We will be returning for another stay here.

The tv / cable was little confusing to turn on. But everything else was awesome about the place.

I made a last minute reservation and the staff was great no complaints

Noisy neighbors, tv remote too difficult to figure out how to use for channels and guide. AC was the noisiest and sounded as if it was going to break. Trash trucks at 6:30am!

Free Breakfast, free wifi, easy parking, most staff were understanding and tried to be helpful.

There were bedbugs in the first room I was in. They claimed to have hospital grade cleaning supplies but the shower walls and floors had gunk in the cracks. The drain in the tub was just not screwed in and couldn't be screwed in, as well as this beetle looking things in the bathroom. They proceeded to put another guest in the original room that I saw and had confirmation from an employee that we saw bedbugs. Room service came in despite my do not disturb sign and verbal on the phone request to not enter, and threw away some of my belongings (which I can assume they thought was trash) The front desk said they'd have management come in to help with the issue at a time after my checkout, and when I asked when they were coming so I could wait to speak with them, front desk said they had no idea and they could drop in any time. They offered me a partial refund or a credit for all this to make up for the stay I endured. And then when I called to ask for the status of that, the lady on the phone told me there were not any bedbugs despite everything.
